Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with 4 to 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in consulting, and knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot and Salesforce) to join our remote team. The role involves overseeing multiple client projects, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives. Initially, the role requires a minimum of 3 to 4 hours per day, with potential for more based on project needs. Working hours will align with U.S. time zones. This position offers 20 to 25 flexible hours per week and an opportunity to learn about Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning & Documentation: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with client objectives. Define clear scopes, goals, and deliverables.
  2. Team Coordination & Collaboration: Manage project teams including developers, consultants, and marketers. Ensure resource allocation aligns with project timelines.
  3. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, keeping them informed of project status and making adjustments based on feedback.
  4. Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and adjust workflows to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
  6. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
  7. Methodologies: Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as needed. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives for Agile projects.
  8. Quality Assurance & Delivery: Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards through review and testing phases.
  9. Tools & Systems: Utilize project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  10. Change Management: Lead change management processes, handling scope, timeline, or deliverable changes effectively.
Qualifications:
  1. 4-5 years of experience in project management, especially in consulting.
  2. Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  5. Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, including communication and negotiation.
  6. Expertise in risk management, process optimization, and problem-solving.
  7. Technical knowledge of CRM systems, sales operations, and marketing automation.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Willingness to learn and adapt.
