General Summary:

We're looking for an experienced artificial intelligence engineer to join the revolution, using deep learning, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), computer vision, chatbots, and robotics to help us improve various business outcomes and drive innovation. The engineer will join a multidisciplinary team helping to shape our AI strategy and showcasing the potential for AI through early-stage solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of emerging trends and technologies and make a real-world difference.

Qualifications:

1. 5 or more years of experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
2. A strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
3. Expertise in ML, deep learning, Py Torch, Python, NLP and Transformer architecture.
4. Experience in deploying LLMs, embedding model/sentence transformers in production use cases.
5. Thorough knowledge in basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns.
6. Strong expertise in programming (Rust/Python).
7. Experience in fine-tuning a large language model using custom content (documents, data, code).
8. Experience in developing Generative AI applications, Agentic Systems and Retrieval Augmented Generation.
9. Experience working with large-scale datasets, preprocess them, and create appropriate data representations.
10. Solid understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and probability theory.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelors/master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Experience in implementing projects involving end to end ML/NLP systems from development to deployment.
3. Experience with transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5, Llama).
4. Experience working in a distributed team.
5. Experience with cloud environments (GCP/AWS).
6. Working knowledge of Rust is a plus.
