• Conduct client demonstrations and workshops to showcase Odoo functionalities tailored to specific business use cases.
• Lead and participate in full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, QA) to ensure timely and quality delivery of ERP modules.
• Customize and configure Odoo modules in alignment with business processes and organizational goals.
• Maintain comprehensive implementation documentation including setup guides, configuration checklists, module usage manuals, and technical notes.

Business Analysis & Documentation

• Gather, analyze, and validate business and system requirements through client meetings, interviews, and process reviews.
• Create detailed business and technical documentation, including but not limited to:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
• Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
• Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
• User Stories and Use Case Diagrams
• Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM)
• Assist in defining workflows, user roles, and system interfaces based on stakeholder input.
• Develop end-user training materials, SOPs, quick reference guides, and user manuals.
• Prepare professional presentations and reports for internal teams and client stakeholders.

Technical Operations & Project Coordination

• Serve as a communication bridge between clients, developers, designers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure alignment across all project stages.
• Coordinate and monitor project deliverables, deadlines, and change requests using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Odoo Projects).
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and status meetings to track progress and identify blockers.
• Assist in identifying and documenting process improvement opportunities, including automation, system enhancements, and integration solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage bug reports, and oversee post-deployment validations and performance monitoring.

Additional Responsibilities

• Stay updated on Odoo platform updates, modules, and best practices.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities such as proposal writing, estimations, and responding to RFPs.
• Provide application support and training to clients and internal stakeholders as required.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with documentation standards and project governance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, inventory, sales, HR, or manufacturing domains.
• Proficiency in creating structured documentation and business artifacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, client handling, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, Draw.io, and Lucidchart.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
