We are looking for a savvy Data Architect to join our growing team of analytics experts. The hire will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.
  2. Assemble large, complex data sets that meet business requirements.
  3. Identify, design, and implement process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, redesigning infrastructure for scalability.
  4. Build infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading using SQL and cloud 'big data' technologies.
  5. Build analytics tools to provide insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and key metrics.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to address data-related technical issues and support data infrastructure needs.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 10+ years of design & development experience, with at least 6 years in big data technologies.
  2. Proficient in object-oriented or functional languages such as Python, Java, Scala.
  3. Experience with big data tools like Spark, Kafka.
  4. Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
  5. Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools like Airflow.
  6. Experience with cloud data analytic services (GCP/Azure/AWS).
  7. Experience with stream-processing systems like Spark-Streaming, Flink.
  8. Knowledge of data quality assurance and unit testing in big data pipelines.
  9. Strong SQL analytical skills and experience with various databases.
  10. Experience in building and optimizing big data pipelines and architectures.
  11. Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify process improvements.
  12. Knowledge of security practices in data computing, including encryption.
  13. Strong analytical skills working with unstructured datasets.
  14. Experience manipulating large datasets and supporting cross-functional teams.
