Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals that contribute to the company's growth. You will play a key role in representing Assistoro's products and services in the market. Excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present and demonstrate Assistoro's offerings to prospective clients
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and optimize outreach
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–3 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-focused approach with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
