About the Role:

We are seeking a technically proficient and client-facing Pre-Sales / Solutions Architect to join our software development team. This role acts as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery by providing consultative support during the sales process, designing tailored solutions, and translating client requirements into scalable architectures.

The candidate will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to craft and present software solutions that address customer challenges, align with strategic goals, and demonstrate the company's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the sales team to understand client needs, objectives, and pain points.
  • Convert business requirements into technical solutions, system architectures, and implementation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts (POCs).
  • Lead technical discussions with clients and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires.
  • Define solution scope, technical architecture, and integration strategies.
  • Support estimation, planning, and resourcing in coordination with engineering leads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with delivery capabilities.
  • Stay informed on technology trends, industry standards, and competitive offerings to guide product and solution development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software architecture, pre-sales engineering, or solution consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns (microservices, cloud-native, APIs, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to create solution diagrams, technical documentation, and effort estimates.
  • Experience working with North American or global clients in client-facing roles.
