We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of professional experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio that showcases proficiency in both graphic design and motion graphics. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging content across various platforms, contributing to our brand's visual identity and enhancing our marketing and communication efforts.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Develop and execute visually compelling designs for print and digital materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, website assets, and presentations.
  • Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into effective visual designs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Prepare and finalize designs for print and digital production.

Motion Graphics:

  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, website content, and digital advertising.
  • Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with marketing & other departments.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project alignment.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and motion graphics projects.
  • Experience with social media content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
