Senior Content Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Writer with a strong background in MMA, boxing, and fitness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, technical content that effectively communicates product features, benefits, and use cases to a diverse audience. This role requires a deep understanding of the sports and fitness industry, particularly related to MMA and boxing, and the ability to translate complex product information into clear, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Development:
   • Create, edit, and proofread a variety of content types, including product descriptions and user manuals.
   • Develop in-depth technical content that highlights product features, benefits, and applications, with a focus on MMA, boxing, and fitness equipment.
   • Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and aligns with the brand's tone and style guidelines.
2. Product Knowledge:
   • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product lines, particularly those related to MMA, boxing, and fitness.
   • Work closely with product development teams to gather detailed product information and translate it into user-friendly content.
   • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and innovations in the fitness and sports sectors.
3. Technical Writing:
   • Produce technical documentation, including user guides, product specifications, and FAQs, that are clear and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
   • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and clarity of technical content.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Review and edit content to ensure it is free from grammatical errors, typos, and inconsistencies.
   • Implement best practices in SEO to optimize content for search engines while maintaining readability and user engagement.
5. Content Strategy:
   • Contribute to the development and execution of the content strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing and product goals.
   • Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content writing, with a focus on technical content in the sports, fitness, or related industry.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar.
• Proven experience in creating content related to MMA, boxing, and fitness products.
• Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a general audience.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content.
• Experience in writing for e-commerce platforms or product-focused websites.
• Knowledge of multimedia content creation, including video scripts and visual content.

• Have relevant experience in writing content for online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon).
