The Creative Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing and producing eye-catching content and shoots that align with the vision of multiple brands under our umbrella. You'll be the bridge between our external creative teams and the in-house squad, ensuring everything from photo shoots to video production is executed seamlessly. This is an exciting opportunity to combine creativity with organization to make content that truly stands out

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement creative concepts for photo and video shoots that align with brand goals.
  2. Line up and manage photoshoots and video shoots, working with both external creatives and our in-house team to ensure smooth execution.
  3. Work closely with our content creators and graphics team to ensure all content meets brand standards before final delivery.
  4. Develop and manage budgets for content shoots.
  5. Review content before distribution to ensure it aligns with brand messaging and quality standards.
  6. Oversee the creation of artwork for social media campaigns, ensuring visuals reflect intended messaging.
  7. Create reports to track shoots progress, performance, and costs.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  2. 2-3 years experience in content creation and design, photography, or videography. Fresh graduates with a portfolio are also encouraged to apply
  3. Familiarity with CapCut and Canva for content creation and design.
  4. Proficiency with MS Office.
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
