Project Trainee

Job Purpose

This position will support communications and the Leadership, Culture & Capability Framework project, focusing on culture engagement through event arrangement, photography, and videography. We seek a dynamic and creative Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to foster a positive organizational culture with engaging activities and programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop, and have experience in designing booths and organizing various engagement activities.

Education, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in media sciences, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or 2–4-months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Expertise in using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other multimedia software to create engaging visual content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear and impactful messages.
• Creative thinking to develop engaging and innovative content for various platforms.
• Proficiency in capturing high-quality photographs for events, promotional materials, and internal communications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and presentations, to support culture engagement initiatives.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of culture engagement events and activities.
• Assist in the development and dissemination of internal communications related to culture engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all culture-related content.
• Provide assistance in the project management of the LCC framework, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
