We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site contract basis in Karachi, Pakistan. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a bold and innovative career platform designed to redefine how users engage with career development tools in the age of AI.

The role requires someone with a strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex concepts into elegant, user-centered designs. You'll collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to bring a dynamic web experience to life.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Creating high-fidelity UI designs for desktop and responsive web interfaces
  2. Designing interactive Figma prototypes for development handoff and investor demos
  3. Developing a clean, modern, and distinctive design system that aligns with our vision
  4. Participating in collaborative sessions with product managers and developers
  5. Ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience through iterative feedback and testing

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web platforms
  • A strong portfolio showcasing cutting-edge, user-centered design work
  • Expertise in tools like Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools)
  • Excellent understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and design systems
  • Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Available to work full-time, on-site in Karachi starting immediately
