We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Full-Stack Implementation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting software solutions with a strong emphasis on Microsoft SQL Server and Internet Information Services (IIS). This role requires close collaboration with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful software implementation and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain web applications on IIS servers.
  • Maintaining and development of CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
  • Install, configure, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases for client environments.
  • Assist in data migrations, backups, and SQL scripting for client-specific needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, application deployment, and database connectivity.
  • Participate in pre-deployment planning and post-deployment support activities.
  • Assist in planning UAT by defining test scenarios, use cases, and necessary test data.
  • Support clients and end-users during UAT execution by clarifying system behavior and resolving issues.
  • Log and track UAT feedback and issues, ensuring they're addressed before go-live.
  • Facilitate sign-off from users and ensure readiness for production deployment.
  • Create and maintain documentation for deployments, configuration procedures, and known issues.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and support teams to ensure smooth implementation cycles.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients during and after implementation.
  • Adhere to security and compliance standards for deployment and database management.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2014 or later preferred), including writing queries and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft IIS for hosting and managing web applications.
  • Hands-on experience on Docker.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server environments and Active Directory integration.
  • Understanding of web application architecture.
  • Having knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Batch scripting) is a plus.

  • Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field

Experience

  • 2–3+ years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering and deploying software systems, especially in client-facing or enterprise environments.
