We are hiring on behalf of a leading perfume brand known for its elegance, innovation, and luxurious presentation. They are seeking a highly creative and experienced Lead 3D Designer / Art Director to take charge of their visual direction across packaging, print, 3D rendering, and digital platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the design identity of a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design Development:
    • Create high-impact visuals for print, packaging, digital, and 3D design projects.
    • Develop mockups, concepts, and product prototypes.
    • Render 3D models for product packaging, displays, and promotional materials.
    • Apply expert typography and layout skills.
    • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and luxury design principles.
  2. Digital Design:
    • Design assets for social media, website, and email marketing.
    • Ensure responsive and user-friendly visuals for digital platforms.
    • Manage design projects from concept to delivery.
    • Collaborate with teams from Product, Marketing, Retail, and Supply Chain.
    • Prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  3. Technical Proficiency:
    • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) proficiently.
    • Use 3D software (such as Blender or equivalent) for design rendering.
    • Ensure all designs are production-ready and meet printing specifications.
  4. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Present ideas to internal teams and stakeholders.
    • Revise designs based on feedback while upholding brand standards.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    • Review all design files for accuracy and consistency before production.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends in design, packaging, and 3D visualization.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional design experience.
  • Strong background in print, packaging, 3D, and digital design.
  • Prior experience in a senior or lead design role is required.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work (especially in packaging and 3D) is mandatory.
Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Expertise in 3D design software (Blender or similar).
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding, print production, and digital trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and communication skills.
