Overview

Job Description – Senior Software Engineer (Java Developer)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Java Developer) to lead the development of innovative fintech solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of complex fintech applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams for seamless delivery.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in Java (Java 8 or higher).
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices.
  • Proficiency in React.js or Angular.js.
  • Solid experience with RESTful services, APIs, and databases.
  • Prior experience in fintech solutions or products is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
