Job Overview:

We're looking for a talented and creative Videographer & Content Creator who is passionate about storytelling through a lens. You'll be responsible for shooting high-quality visual content, including short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other social platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with professional camera equipment, understands lighting setups, and can contribute ideas to enhance digital content for various clients and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, shoot, and deliver engaging video content for digital media including social platforms, YouTube, and websites
  • Operate professional cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless), gimbals, lighting equipment, and audio gear for studio and on-location shoots
  • Set up and manage lighting for different moods and environments (natural, softbox, LED panels etc.)
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute visual concepts
  • Ensure video content is optimized for vertical (Reels, TikTok) and horizontal (YouTube) formats
  • Maintain organized footage archives and assist with minor post-production edits when needed
  • Stay updated with digital video trends, styles, and social platform requirements
  • Manage time effectively during shoots and deliver projects on deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in videography, shooting social media content, and lighting setups
  • Proficient with camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic etc.), tripods, gimbals, and light modifiers
  • Working knowledge of frame rates, resolutions, and composition for different types of digital content
  • Understanding of basic editing principles (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar – a plus)
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, creative environments with attention to detail
  • Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant shooting experience is mandatory
Bonus Skills:
  • Drone operation license or experience
  • Basic graphic design or animation experience (After Effects, Canva etc.)
  • Strong aesthetic sense in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or branded content
