OverviewWe seek a seasoned professional to lead our SaaS Sales Development team. This full-time role requires expertise in analytics, team management, SaaS sales, and industry dynamics. You will guide and motivate the team to meet KPIs and targets, foster a high-performance environment, and actively participate in sales calls to serve as a model for best practices.
Your Typical DayLead and mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, and refine sales strategies based on data insights. Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize sales processes and effectiveness.
Your Impact- Track KPIs and define metrics to drive performance.
- Use analytics to assess data and identify improvement areas.
- Ensure accountability through documentation.
- Implement strategies to meet/exceed targets.
- Mentor team members to improve sales skills and achieve goals.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Resource Inn efficiently.
- Experience in SaaS or B2B sales leadership.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams.
- Strong analytics skills with data-driven strategy experience.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
- Understanding of market dynamics and trends.
