We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java + Scala Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and Scala, along with a solid understanding of distributed systems, functional programming, and API design

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Scala.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate on architecture design and participate in code reviews.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality code.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Java (8+) and Scala.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Akka, or similar frameworks.
  • Good understanding of functional programming principles.
  • Experience in building and maintaining microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of data pipelines or big data processing is a plus

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
