Job Description:

Aimans Collection, a growing e-commerce business specializing in cosmetics, jewelry, and home products, is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Representatives. Responsibilities:
  1. Promote and sell products through online platforms.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and online visibility.
  3. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  4. Maintain and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.
  5. Track sales data and report performance weekly.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  1. Fresh graduates or experienced candidates in sales, especially in e-commerce or retail.
  2. Familiarity with online selling platforms (e.g., Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  5. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an advantage.
  6. Customer-focused, with a positive and professional attitude.
Salary & Commission Structure:

- Basic salary: 25,000 PKR per month.

- Commission:

  • Earn 40% commission on each product sold.
  • If you sell 7 products in a month, you will receive an additional bonus of 1,500 PKR.

  3. Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional support to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Social Media Management: Managing and promoting products on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  5. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cosmetics, jewelry, and home products to better inform and assist customers.
  6. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers to secure the best outcomes.
  7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
  8. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges related to sales and customer service.
  9. Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring productivity in a remote work environment.
  10. Basic Digital Literacy: Familiarity with e-commerce tools, social media platforms, and basic software applications (e.g., MS Office).
