British American Tobacco Pakistan has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Planning Associate in Lahore.

Support key strategic business decisions through the demand planning process by providing clear understanding on drivers giving towards short term & long-term volume & value growth. Provide in depth insights and foresights using internal and external sources for demand planning to meet business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Support forecasting changes driven by local economic environment shifts and assess their impact on BAT's and competitors' business critical metrics.
  • Analyze socio-economic variables and their influence on consumer behaviour and category dynamics to identify industry trend shifts.
  • Evaluate internal/external factors affecting business performance to improve short-term sales and demand planning while developing long-term forecasts for pricing decisions and strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct deep-dive market analysis to generate strategic business insights, provide actionable recommendations, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Drive industry analysis, including market share and volume projections, scenario development, and trend evaluations, while contributing to the BAT IBPM cycle and preparing relevant materials.
What are we looking for?
  • 3-4 years of proven experience, preferably in marketing, with a strong understanding of data sources and the ability to analyze and interpret sophisticated data for meaningful insights.
  • A strategic attitude combining analytical thinking and creative problem-solving to optimally address business challenges and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Sophisticated knowledge of Power Bi and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work with cross functions.
  • Bachelor or equivalent experience in Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
