Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor, based in Multan. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling to students regarding their educational and career pathways. The role involves assessing students' interests, aptitudes, and academic achievements to provide personalized advice. Additionally, the Student Counselor will assist students in understanding and overcoming personal or social issues that could affect their educational journey. Maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Background in Education and ability to guide students
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
  • Prior counseling experience in an educational institution is a plus
