Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, however you can make clients dealing anywhere in Pakistan. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, presenting insurance plans, and closing sales. The role involves tracking and reporting sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase awareness and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Understanding of different life insurance plans and their benefits
- Intermediate, however higher education will be preferred.
