Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Brand Relations Specialist with expertise in B2B sales and a fluent American accent. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and growing relationships with Amazon brands, negotiating impactful deals, and supporting our global business development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and maintain strong relationships with Amazon brands and sellers
  • Conduct persuasive B2B sales conversations in a fluent American accent
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate ecommerce solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts aligned with company goals
  • Keep CRM records up to date and follow up on all leads
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success

Requirements
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, brand relations, or client handling
  • Fluent American accent and exceptional communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Understanding of the ecommerce and Amazon ecosystem is preferred
