Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled DevOps Lead who will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of DevOps practices and tools across our client's organization. They will work closely with the development and operations teams to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and automate tasks. The DevOps Lead will also be responsible for mentoring and training other engineers on DevOps best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of DevOps practices and tools across the organization.
  • Work with the development and operations teams to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and automate tasks.
  • Establish and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and practices.
  • Automate the deployment and configuration of infrastructure and applications.
  • Lead a team of DevOps engineers.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline software delivery processes.
  • Implement automation strategies for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development or operations.
  • Prior experience in a DevOps lead or architect role.
  • Certifications in relevant DevOps technologies, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
