We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with React Native, focusing on delivering high-quality mobile applications, particularly in MVP development. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, developing cutting-edge mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining mobile apps, working with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, and ensuring the app's performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable and efficient React Native applications for iOS and Android.
• Build and deploy MVP versions of applications, ensuring a robust, user-friendly experience.
• Implement and optimize real-time communication features (e.g., WebSockets, real-time updates).
• Integrate push notifications and in-app messaging.
• Develop and maintain custom native modules for specific platform needs and ensure smooth native module integration.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple platforms.
• Work with APIs to integrate mobile apps with backend services.
• Ensure mobile applications are responsive, adhering to the latest design guidelines for various screen sizes.
• Lead the development process in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Work with modern tools like Git and GitHub for version control.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the best user experience across different platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated on new trends in mobile development, React Native, and other cross-platform technologies.

Key Skills & Expertise:

• React Native (3+ years' experience)
• Experience in building and deploying MVPs (Minimum Viable Products).
• Strong understanding of cross-platform development, with experience deploying to both iOS and Android.
• Push Notifications: Experience with integration and customization of push notifications (Firebase, OneSignal, etc.).
• Real-time Communication: Knowledge of WebSockets, Socket.IO, or other real-time communication solutions.
• Native Modules: Ability to integrate native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) modules into React Native applications.
• Understanding of Custom Configurations for apps, including permissions and native device-specific settings.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitrise, or similar).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data integration.
• Strong focus on app performance, scalability, and efficient memory usage.
• Experience with responsive design and ensuring apps work seamlessly on all screen sizes.
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly mobile apps.

Plus:

• Experience with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile development.
• Familiarity with Swift (for iOS) and Kotlin/Java (for Android).
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Understanding of App Store and Google Play Store deployment processes, including app signing and submission.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks for mobile development (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Firebase).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA or Trello.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a React Native Developer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing React Native projects, ideally MVPs or apps with real-time features.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
