Search Engine Optimization Analyst at University of South Asia

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed keyword research to identify new opportunities for improving organic search rankings.
  • Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including meta tags, content creation, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Analyze website performance through various SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) and provide insights for optimization.
  • Optimize website content to improve rankings, enhance user experience, and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the website's architecture and content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Create and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and develop strategies to outperform key competitors in search rankings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues impacting search engine performance, including site speed, mobile optimization, and crawlability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Expert or in a similar role, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and other industry-standard platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Availability to work during USA shift hours (Eastern Time Zone or as per business needs).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B SEO.
  • Knowledge of local SEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.

Note: This is an On-site job.

Timing: 6 pm to 3 am
