Deputy Manager Operations

Supervise and manage administrative operations of all departments.
Develop and implement administrative functions to monitor business operations.
Manage and direct the activities of the staff in an administrative set-up.
Manage and supervise all facilities functions.
Interact with other department heads in managing the entire administrative operations.
Develop inventory control management systems for the inventory department.
Assist and support front desk management in handling visitors and members.
Assist and support financial department in preparation of budget and other reports and statements.
Answer and route telephone calls to appropriate persons and members.
Develop strong working relationships with senior management and administrative personnel for effective and smooth operations.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Very effective organizational skills.
  • Effective written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level.
