We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team who is passionate about building and deploying intelligent, autonomous AI agents, leveraging LLMs and MLOps to solve real-world business challenges.


• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration systems


• Fine-tune and optimize large language models for tasks like summarization, classification, and dialogue systems


• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding strategies


• Develop traditional machine learning models for classification, regression, and forecasting


• Own the full ML lifecycle including experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining using Azure ML or Databricks


• Collaborate closely with solution architects, product teams, and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions


• Mentor junior data scientists and promote knowledge sharing within the team


• 3–5 years of experience in applied data science and AI, with a focus on LLMs, autonomous agents, and MLOps


• Proficiency with multi-agent systems frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI


• Strong skills in ML model development, fine-tuning LLMs, and predictive modeling


• Experience with Azure AI services and cloud-based AI architecture design


• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring of ML models in production


• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset with leadership qualities


• Arabic language proficiency is a plus
