This position is vital for ensuring the development and production of high-quality samples that meet our stringent standards.
Key Responsibilities- Sample Development: Oversee the development of product samples, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Process Management: Manage the sampling process from start to finish, including coordination with design, production, and quality control teams.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure samples meet industry standards.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met through high-quality sampling.
- Education: A degree in Business, Textile, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in the textile industry, specifically within an apparel unit.
