Job Description:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for various business lines, ensuring alignment with each brand's objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, PPC) across multiple platforms and businesses.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities, tailoring marketing efforts to different target audiences.
- Oversee the creation of content and marketing collateral for each business, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into marketing plans.

Job Specification:

- 1-2 years of proven marketing experience, with a focus on managing multiple brands or businesses.
- Must be on camera during working hours (Mandatory).
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO/SEM platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven approach with experience in analyzing marketing metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
