Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and personalized outreach to prospective clients to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos and virtual meetings to showcase Burq's solutions to prospects, demonstrating value and overcoming objections.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new prospects, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align on goals, strategies, and product offerings.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM software.
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to understand client needs and position Burq's solutions effectively.
