Elaf Builders & Developers is a leading name in the real estate sector, committed to delivering quality and value. We are hiring a Client Relations Executive to manage client interactions, conduct site visits, and ensure smooth deal closures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Arrange and manage official meetings with clients.
  • Conduct site visits and provide property/project briefings.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with clients until deal closure.
  • Prepare and manage client records, meeting notes, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal finalization.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner during all client interactions.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Experience in real estate sales/client relations.
  • Excellent communication skills (Urdu & English).
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability.
  • Presentable and confident in face-to-face interactions.
  • Organized, proactive, and customer-service oriented.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales, client handling, or customer service.
  • Must be based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
