Mavericks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Mobile App Developer with expertise in both iOS and Android development. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of native mobile technologies, cross-platform development frameworks, and a passion for building intuitive, high-performance mobile applications. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can collaborate cross-functionally and lead mobile development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

▸ Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native and cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.

▸ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Swift, Kotlin, and frameworks like Flutter or React Native.

▸ Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and real-time data streaming services.

UI/UX Implementation

▸ Translate UI/UX designs into fully functional and responsive mobile interfaces.

▸ Ensure consistency across platforms and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Performance Optimization

▸ Monitor and optimize app performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

▸ Debug and resolve performance issues, memory leaks, and crashes.

Testing and Deployment

▸ Implement automated unit and UI testing frameworks to ensure app quality.

▸ Deploy applications to the App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.

Collaboration and Communication

▸ Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define features and functionalities.

▸ Communicate technical issues and project status clearly with team members and stakeholders.

▸ Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices in mobile development.

▸ Proactively suggest improvements in design, architecture, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development, with expertise in building and maintaining iOS and Android apps.

Strong portfolio of deployed apps using Flutter, Swift, and Kotlin.

Proficiency in native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development.

Expertise in cross-platform frameworks, particularly Flutter (React Native is a plus).

Experience with integrating APIs, third-party libraries, and modern backend services.

Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices.

Exceptional problem-solving and debugging abilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or cloud-based backends.

• Knowledge of app security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
