Deutsch Für Alle (DFA) is a growing German language academy dedicated to making German learning easy, affordable, and accessible for everyone.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. Your main task will be to bring in more students who start our courses. This is a performance-driven role with a fixed salary structure and attractive commissions.
What You'll Do- Reach out to prospective students via calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Guide students through the registration process and answer their queries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with learners to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
- Work closely with our marketing team on lead-generation strategies.
- Fixed salary (locked until a defined sales range is achieved).
- Full salary unlocked after crossing the target threshold.
- Experience in sales, business development, or student enrollment (Freshers with high motivation in sales and lead generation will also be valued).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple leads effectively.
