Finnish Interpreter

Translation Empire PK is seeking a Finnish Interpreter and Translator in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

We are recruiting Finnish interpreters and translators to work in various settings such as healthcare, legal, educational, immigration, and refugee services.

Established in 2001, Translation Empire PK provides professional interpreting and translation services to government, public, and private sectors worldwide. If you are fluent in English and Finnish, this role may be suitable for you.

We are hiring for:

• Telephone Interpreters
• Video Interpreters
• Translators

The Job: Interpreting involves listening, understanding, and memorizing content in the source language, then accurately reproducing it in the target language.

You will:

• Interpret for legal, health, and local government services
• Check non-English speakers' understanding after each sentence
• Perform conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting
• Handle highly confidential information
• Liaise between service users and providers

Requirements:

• Fluent in English or another language
• BS/MS Degree in English Language, Literature, ELT, or TESOL
• Interpreting-related qualifications
• IELTS score of 6.5 overall, with at least 6.0 in each subtest
• Ability to sign a surety bond and Non-Disclosure Agreement
