We aim to streamline freight dispatching and deliver seamless, efficient transportation solutions. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Truck Dispatcher Sales Representative (Male & Female Both) who can generate business, build strong relationships, and ensure effective coordination between shippers and drivers.

Job Summary:

The Truck Dispatcher Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and engaging new clients (shippers and carriers), managing freight dispatch operations, and ensuring top-notch customer service. This role blends sales, relationship management, and dispatching expertise to help grow our network and meet transportation needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and contact potential shippers, brokers, and carriers.
  • Promote the company's dispatching services to logistics companies and independent truck drivers.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Dispatch Operations

  • Coordinate load assignments between clients and truck drivers.
  • Maintain clear communication with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and updates.
  • Monitor driver progress and resolve delivery or scheduling issues promptly.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and truck drivers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and drivers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and driver retention.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and dispatch activity.
  • Use dispatching software to track and update load status.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, logistics, or dispatching (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using dispatch software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
