Position Overview

AHOY is on the lookout for a talented Backend .NET Core Developer with experience in fintech solutions, specifically in wallet services. This role involves developing and maintaining backend services that ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain backend systems using .NET Core to support wallet functionalities in our fintech applications
  • Implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications by optimizing backend processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver fintech solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to ensuring code quality, security, and best practices
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues and errors
  • Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in fintech and backend development
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in backend development with .NET Core, preferably in the fintech domain
  • Strong understanding of financial transaction processing, wallet services, and security protocols
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
  • Experience with databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, including services related to containerization and microservices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders efficiently
