Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Complaint and Operations position, located in Bahawalpur District. The Assistant Complaint and Operations will be responsible for managing and resolving complaints efficiently, overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of program policies. Key duties include handling customer service inquiries, communicating effectively with various stakeholders, and utilizing analytical skills to improve operations management.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Experience in working within social safety net programs or public sector programs is a plus
• A Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
