We are a B2B SaaS platform primarily focused on the HR space, offering modules for time and attendance, performance management, payroll, onboarding, and hiring. Our product helps HR professionals automate processes within organizations. With 8 years in the market, we currently serve around 8,500 clients domestically and are planning to expand to the US market. Some of our key clients include OYO, RR, Dream11, One+, and Shadi.com. We recently received Series funding of $57 million, the highest in the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) accurately and timely.
- File TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) and ensure compliance with TDS regulations.
- Assist in annual GST and tax audits, including documentation, auditor coordination, and query resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and advise on their impact.
- Support internal tax planning and accounting process improvements.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and recording of financial transactions.
- Perform periodic book closure activities, including reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Educational Qualification: CA Inter (5 years) or CA (2 years).
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, tax audits, and accounting principles.
- Experience with bookkeeping, accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel), and government tax portals.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
