About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Agent Developer to join our AI Solutions team within Microsoft Copilot Studio. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent Copilot agents that can extract and present data from Oracle Fusion Applications using natural language queries. You will collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, conversational AI experiences that enable users to interact with enterprise data effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio that understand and process natural language queries.
  2. Integrate Copilot agents with Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) via APIs, OData, or other secure data access methods.
  3. Build and maintain connectors, plugins, or middleware for real-time data retrieval from Oracle Fusion.
  4. Implement data parsing, transformation, and presentation logic to display results in a user-friendly format within Copilot.
  5. Collaborate with UX designers to ensure intuitive conversational interfaces.
  6. Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards for all integrations.
  7. Improve agent performance through testing, feedback, and analytics.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in software development, focusing on AI, NLP, or chatbots.
  3. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar low-code/no-code AI tools.
  4. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications and experience with Oracle APIs, BIP reports, or OTBI.
  5. Proficiency in RESTful API integration, JSON/XML data handling, and authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML).
  6. Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure OpenAI) is a plus.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in teams.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience with natural language understanding (NLU) and prompt engineering.
  2. Knowledge of enterprise data models and business processes in Oracle Fusion (finance, procurement, HR).
  3. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile practices.
  4. Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business language.
