Role Description – Senior Graphic Designer (On-site | Karachi)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team full-time in our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand design, with a proven track record of working with established brands. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visual content across digital and print media while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute high-quality visual concepts, logos, and comprehensive branding materials.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce graphic content for campaigns, social media, packaging, advertising, and other platforms.
  3. Ensure design consistency and brand integrity across all touchpoints.
  4. Select appropriate typography and color palettes to enhance visual communication.
  5. Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  6. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in branding and working with established brands or startups with strong brand presence.
  2. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  3. Skilled in graphic design, logo design, and typography.
  4. Experience using AI tools like MidJourney and platforms like Freepik for design support.
  5. Strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail.
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  8. 4+ years of experience in digital and print media design.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
