AVIA PHONE COMPANY (Peshawar branch) is seeking a highly professional, experienced graphic designer to join our dynamic International team. This is a very exciting opportunity for a first-rate designer with strong creativity and professionalism. You will be responsible for supporting lead generation campaigns through the innovative use of digital media on web and new media productions such as websites, animated movies, and flash presentations. This position requires a proactive and highly professional individual, with strong self-management skills, the ability to accurately estimate projects and meet their commitments, experience working with corporate clients, and a great sense of team spirit. The ideal candidate will reside in Peshawar.

The current role is a full-time permanent one. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  1. Design and production of graphic art and visual materials for promotions, advertisements, and informative and instructional material through a variety of media such as websites, movies, banners, and flash presentations.
  2. Executing projects from design stage through final layout including file prep digital output, photo editing, and adherence to schedules.
Job Specification

Mandatory Skills and Experience:
2-3+ years digital design experience in a corporate environment with a focus on marketing and advertising. Strong knowledge and experience with current graphic design software, HTML, JS, Flash, and QuickTime video production.
Consistent eye for quality and attention to detail. Ability to manage projects from inception to execution with minimal supervision and handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Proactive nature with resourcefulness to identify challenges and propose solutions. The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a highly professional demeanor. Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent English, written and verbal.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
* Experience producing 3-D animation.
* Knowledge of typesetting, photography, illustration, color, design, and paper specification.
* Experience designing for the telecom industry.
* Copywriting experience.
* Demonstrated ability to learn new programs/technologies.

GENERAL HIRING REQUIREMENTS

Position Type: Full Time.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
Years & Nature Of Experience: 2-3+ years digital design experience in a corporate environment with a focus on marketing and advertising.
Languages Required: Strong written and spoken English is a must.
