Sales Executive Representative – Join Our Fast-Growing Digital Team

Pixal Code Creations is on the lookout for a highly motivated and experiencedSales Executive Representativeto help us scale our business and connect more brands with cutting-edge digital solutions. If you're passionate about selling web design, app development, branding, SEO, and complete digital packages — this role is for you.

As a Sales Executive Representative, you'll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and delivering compelling pitches that convert. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

We're looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and highly organized Sales Executive to join our growing team at Pixal Code Creations. This role combines direct client acquisition with project coordination, offering a unique opportunity to grow within the fast-paced world of digital services.

Your responsibilities will include two key areas:

1. Client Acquisition via Bark.com (Front Role)

You'll be actively using platforms like Bark.com to find and connect with potential clients who need services like branding, website development, SEO, animations, or app creation. You'll use the company's credits to contact leads, respond to requests, and bring in new business. Your goal is to convert inquiries into signed deals and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every client.

2. Upselling & Project Management

Once a client is signed, you'll shift gears into a Project Manager and Upseller role. You'll coordinate with the internal team to ensure the client's project is delivered with quality and on time. Meanwhile, you'll also look for opportunities to upsell additional services (e.g., SEO with a web design package or app development with branding) to maximise client value and satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reaching out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Understanding client needs and proposing customized solutions
• Collaborating with our technical and design teams to align project scope
• Achieving monthly sales targets and reporting on performance

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B or digital product sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads
• Familiarity with digital services like websites, apps, and branding is a plus
