Position: Creative Marketing Manager

Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or related field

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a creative or brand marketing role

Job Description:

Japan Electronics is hiring a Creative Marketing Manager to lead our creative strategy, content development, and brand communication across all platforms. This role requires a highly driven individual with a strong creative background, leadership qualities, and a solid understanding of marketing tools and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative strategies for campaigns across digital, print, and retail platforms
  • Oversee and review all content creation activities, ensuring alignment with brand identity
  • Supervise and manage a team of graphic designers, content writers, and digital outreach heads
  • Lead campaign planning and execution in collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Manage creative project timelines, resources, and workflow for timely delivery
  • Research and adopt emerging design trends and technologies to improve marketing output
  • Ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across channels

Technical and Creative Skills:

  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva, or Sketch
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Ability to direct or produce video content and animations is a plus
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and content management systems (CMS)

  • Proven team leadership, delegation, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
