We are seeking a Technical Content Writer to join our team and help produce clear, concise and engaging technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience writing technical content for products, software or services and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Write clear and comprehensive technical content, including user manuals, product documentation, API documentation, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and instructional guides.
  • Work closely with developers and other subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy and quality of content.
  • Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency and ease of understanding for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers and designers, to create accurate and comprehensive documentation that supports the product lifecycle.
  • Organize and manage documentation content in a structured format for easy access and retrieval.
  • Regularly update technical content to reflect changes in products, services and technology.
  • Implement SEO best practices to ensure that technical content is optimized for search engines and easily discoverable by users.
  • Focus on creating content that improves the user experience by making complex topics easy to understand and navigate.

Requirements:

  • 2 Years plus experience in Technical Content Writer or similar role in technical writing.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to explain them in a simple and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker) and version control systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
