Responsibilities
  1. Aid in designing training courses, including material, tests, and presentations for the Takaful Distribution Team.
  2. Conduct training sessions for the Takaful Distribution Team.
  3. Train, coach, and motivate the Distribution Team to achieve acceptable levels of performance and business targets.
  4. Aid in conducting a training needs analysis for the Sales Force and conduct short training and counseling sessions in Branches.
  5. Coordinate with Location Heads for training needs such as pre-course, foundation, and Management Development Program.
  6. Monitor the effectiveness of training and plan to maximize training outcomes.
Job Specification
