We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our AI-driven MVP project focused on prompt engineering using OpenAI's GPT models. The role involves integrating with OpenAI APIs, programmatically crafting and refining prompts, and improving model outputs. The developer must also have strong PostgreSQL skills, with the ability to independently design and implement database models. Future phases may involve working on custom LLM models.

Key Responsibilities:


• Integrate and interact with OpenAI GPT APIs using Python.


• Design, test, and refine prompts programmatically to improve LLM responses.


• Analyze and optimize model output quality through iterative experimentation.


• Independently design, implement, and optimize PostgreSQL database models.


• Collaborate with the team to define and implement AI-driven workflows.


• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code.


• Prepare for future scope involving custom LLM model development and fine-tuning.


• Document code, processes, and prompt structures for scalability.

Requirements:


• Strong proficiency in Python (3+ years preferred).


• Proven experience working with APIs, especially AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI experience preferred).


• Solid understanding of prompt engineering concepts and strategies.


• Strong PostgreSQL knowledge, including schema design and optimization.


• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability.


• Familiarity with NLP and machine learning concepts.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.


• Familiarity with version control (Git).

Nice-to-Have:


• Experience with fine-tuning or building custom LLM models.


• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).


• Exposure to data preprocessing, embeddings, and vector databases.
