Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager UI/UX to head our UI/UX Design Team. This role will oversee design strategy, lead a team of designers, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail and a heart aligned with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the UI/UX Design Team, including Graphic Designers and UI/UX Designers.
  • Develop and maintain a unified brand identity across all digital and print media.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and branding teams to create visually compelling assets.
  • Oversee the UI/UX and overall designs of websites, mobile apps, social media content, videos and marketing materials.
  • Review and recommend all design outputs to ensure high quality and brand alignment for approval.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation within the design team.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Media Sciences, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior design or leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX, and design content.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills / Qualities:

  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals.
  • Experience working in a tech or software development environment.
