Job Title: Video Editor (E-Commerce Focus)

About Manestream Den:

We are a creative agency specializing in video content for e-commerce brands. Our goal is to create engaging, high-converting videos that drive sales and dominate markets.

The Role:

We seek a talented Video Editor with expertise in crafting performance-driven video content. The ideal candidate will have experience editing ads, Video Sales Letters (VSLs), and product videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Edit high-converting video ads, VSLs, and product videos to maximize engagement and sales.
  2. Craft compelling video content that aligns with brand voice and sales goals.
  3. Orient on optimal video length, pacing, and storytelling techniques to retain viewer attention.
  4. Fine-tune audio, color grading, and motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with trends in e-commerce video content and platform algorithms.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience editing video ads or VSLs, preferably with e-commerce experience.
  2. Mastery of tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  3. Understanding of direct-response marketing psychology, including urgency, scarcity, and benefit-driven storytelling.
  4. A portfolio showcasing conversion-focused work in video advertising and e-commerce.
  5. Ability to thrive in an onsite, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with motion graphics, animating text, product visuals, and transitions.
  2. Knowledge of A/B testing video variants for performance improvement.
  3. Familiarity with Shopify product videos or user-generated content (UGC)-style edits.
