We provide comprehensive services, including university selection, application assistance, visa guidance, and pre-departure support, ensuring a seamless and successful international education journey for our clients. We are expanding our team at our Sahiwal branch and are looking for passionate and dedicated Study Abroad Education Counselors to join us.

Job Title: Study Abroad Education Counselor
Location: Sahiwal

Job Duties:

1. Provide expert guidance and counseling to students and their families regarding study abroad opportunities.
2. Assist students in selecting appropriate universities and programs based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
3. Guide students through the application process, including preparing and reviewing application documents, essays, and recommendation letters.
4. Provide comprehensive visa counseling and assistance, ensuring compliance with relevant immigration regulations.
5. Conduct regular follow-ups with students to track their application progress and address any concerns.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, university admission requirements, and visa regulations.
7. Organize and participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops to promote study abroad opportunities.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and institutions.
9. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
10. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
6. Strong knowledge of international education systems.
7. Proficient in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Previous Work Experience:

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the study abroad education counseling or related field is highly desirable.
2. Experience in student counseling, admissions, or visa processing is a plus.
3. Experience with sales or target driven roles is also beneficial.
