Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer / Management Training Officer at Enrichers Investment Group. You will be responsible for new business development, utilizing strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, and working in the finance/trading domain. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Office Timings (5 Days/Week)
  • 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Females)
  • 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Males)
Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and utilize analytical skills
  • Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Implement lead generation strategies (calling & meetings)
  • Convert leads into potential prospects for meetings
  • Pitch investment ideas to potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Inform clients of fundamental factors affecting product prices
  • Negotiate skillfully and follow up persistently
  • Be target-driven with a positive attitude
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in the investment industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial markets is a plus

You will be expected to study the financial market to identify opportunities and leverage your business acumen to meet investment targets.
